Rostelecom board recommends Jan–Sep divs at 6.96 bln rbl

MOSCOW, Nov 29 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian state-controlled telecom operator Rostelecom has recommended dividends for January–September of 2.5 rubles per common share and preferred share of Class A, or 6.961 billion rubles in total, the company said on Thursday.

The shareholder’s register will close on January 13, 2019.

Rostelecom paid 14.05 billion rubles in dividends for 2017, or 5.05 rubles per common share and preferred share.
